You are invited to contribute your photos, audio files, video clips and stories of the Yamanote line: its stations, rolling stock, people, and neighborhoods.
Submission Guidelines
- General: This site is a celebration of Tokyo's Yamanote line, so Yamanote line related submissions only, please. No pornography or offensive materials whether or not Yamanote related. Our morality (fairly lax) decides what is offensive.
- Photographs: JPG format only, less than 30K, and with maximum dimensions of 300 x 300 pixels. Minimum size of 100 x 100. Anything in between is fine.
- Audio: MP3 format only. File size under 1MB, please.
- Video: Any web-ready, downloadable format is fine: Windows Media, MPEG, Quicktime, AVI. No streaming files. Please keep your files under 1 MB.
- Stories: No longer than 250 words, please. Just like in school, grammar and spelling count.
- Other Media: Please contact us with details. Flash, animations and cartoons, etc., will all be considered.

If you submit something that meets the guidelines, your contribution will be posted within two to three days and we'll send you a message to let you know where to find it. If your submission is rejected, it's because it didn't meet the guidelines. It's not personal; we're not judging your work.
About Copyright
Your photos, videos stories and other media are copyright by you. By submitting them to Yamanote29, you give permission for them to be published online at this site but you retain copyright. Yamanote29 will contact you for permission if we want to use your submission in other ways.
Please be sure that you own the rights for items you submit. Previously published materials are warmly welcomed as long as you own the rights to them. No scans of magazine photos, etc., please.
We're not responsible for other people lifting things from this site and using them elsewhere.

- 一般規定: ここは東京の山手線を称賛するためのサイトなので、投稿は山手線に関するも のに限ります。ポルノや不快感を与えるような作品は、たとえ山手線に関係していてもお 断りします。 不快感があるか否かは、当方の倫理規定（きわめて緩やかなものですが） によって、決めさせていただきます。
- 写真: JPG 形式のみ ファイルの大きさが30K以下で、サイズは300×300ピクセル以下、 100×100以上。この範囲に収まるものならけっこうです。
- オーディオ作品: MP3 形式のみ。 ファイルの大きさは1MB以下でお願いします。
