12. Two 6 jo rooms adjoin with sliding doors in between. These are our offices. Tod has the desk and chair and the printer stand in his space. My clothes closet is in his office, too.

13a & 13b. My computers are on the floor. I will eventually get around to buying a desk but for the moment I am content to sit here on the sweet, grass-scented tatami and enjoy the view of the paper-screen window coverings. The filtered sunlight is wonderful all day long because this room has a southern exposure. The southern door leads to another veranda and the steps to the play harbour.
