Friends have come to stay for a couple of weeks. While we girls were off having a relaxing massage, the boys went shopping. They came home with a new grill and they are planning to break it in tonight with a whole fish. Mmmmm.

That’s made such frequent appearances on my Weber that I swear the grill smells faintly of oregano even after a good cleaning. ;-)

And yes, Beer Can Chicken is on the menu, although the other night I had grilled beefsteak tomato salad, with steak skewers. Mmm. The kitchen in the one near us is open, with a whole line of large kettle grills along the back wall. The smell is splendiferous.
How did you get one in Japan? Are they sold there?
