We finally found a sofa that combines comfort and style. it arrived today.
I rearranged the living room. It seems bigger now.
Another perspective
Purty!! Will it be as comfortable as the last one for sleeping on?
Posted by: T on March 22, 2006 03:13 PMVery nice! Very Zen-ish (^o^)/
Posted by: Kimura on March 22, 2006 09:09 PMOoooh - a nap-worthy sofa. The new arrangement is good, too. I like the windows curtainless - lots of light in the room.
Posted by: Fran on March 22, 2006 10:43 PMWow, looks good! Where’d the keyboard go?
Posted by: UltraBob on March 23, 2006 12:52 PMHmmm looks good… but the true test is when I crash over next time I get drunk and miss the train (~^)
Posted by: MJ on March 23, 2006 06:14 PMI agree, it looks great! Very spacious, the absence of the rug contributes to that as well. Im gonna have to get some proper pics of my place up… but that means ive gotta organise and tidy it!
Posted by: j-ster on March 24, 2006 09:43 AMWe moved the keyboard into the office. I have yet to nap on the new sofa, but I think it will be very comfy. Looking for a new rug, but have decided it must be light colored to keep the room open and airy. The curtainless wall of windows is pretty chilly; I’m not sure I’ll like it in the dead of winter next year.
Posted by: Kristen on March 24, 2006 10:12 AMinterresting definition of style , but maybe the comfort part works for you );-)
Posted by: axel on March 25, 2006 02:25 AMThe sofa is very comfy for napping. Tested today.
Well-spotted, Bob. The keyboard is in the office now.
Axel, perhaps you haven’t been shopping for sofas in Japan recently. It is easy to find style or comfort or neither. Honestly, this is a miraculous compromise.
