This marinade is heavenly for grilled lamb chops. It’s mild but flavorful and not at all heavy-handed.
Curry lamb marinade
3 lemons, juiced
2 Tblsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp tumeric
2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp fresh parsely, minced
Combine ingredients and marinate lamb for at least 2 hours.

with garlic and some salt
she gave up on minty jelly
her tongue it did assault.
